Terms of Service - CoffeeStamp

Introduction

CoffeeStamp is a digital platform providing loyalty software services. These Terms of Service govern the use of the CoffeeStamp platform by professional users (Stores) and end users.

Definitions

CoffeeStamp: The digital loyalty software platform.

Store: A professional user operating a business using the CoffeeStamp platform.

EndUser: A customer using the CoffeeStamp application. End users are not contractual parties with CoffeeStamp.

Service Nature

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. CoffeeStamp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or specific results.

Scope of Responsibility

CoffeeStamp provides technical infrastructure only.
CoffeeStamp does not control or manage loyalty rules, rewards, gifts, or redemptions.
All responsibility for loyalty programs lies exclusively with the Store.

Account Access

CoffeeStamp may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform for Stores or End Users at its sole discretion, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these terms, abusive behavior, suspicious usage, or legal or reputational risk. No prior notice or justification is required.

Free and Paid Use

The platform may be offered free of charge or on a paid subscription basis. Free access may be withdrawn at any time.

Service Modifications

CoffeeStamp may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. Where reasonably practicable, a notice period of 15–30 days may be provided without creating any right to compensation.

Limitation of Liability

CoffeeStamp bears no liability toward end users.
CoffeeStamp is not liable for data loss, loss of rewards, service interruptions, technical failures, indirect damages, business losses, or loss of profits.
CoffeeStamp is not liable for claims made by third parties.

Liability Cap

For Free Stores: 0 EUR

For Paid Stores: Total fees paid by the Store in the last three (3) months

This constitutes the maximum and exclusive liability of CoffeeStamp.

Indemnification

The Store agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CoffeeStamp from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Store’s loyalty programs, rewards, or relationship with end users.

Governing Law

Applicable Law: Greek Law

Jurisdiction: Courts of Athens
