No Marketing Use
CoffeeStamp does not use personal data for advertising or marketing by default. Store marketing is sent only when you grant the relevant channel consent and separately enable that Store. CoffeeStamp's own marketing, if offered, requires a separate consent and is not covered by consent for Store marketing.
Our Role
CoffeeStamp is the controller for platform accounts, loyalty-platform operations, and consent records. For a Store's marketing campaign, the Store is the controller: it chooses the campaign content and timing. CoffeeStamp acts as the Store's processor for delivery, applying the customer-controlled eligibility rules and the Store's documented instructions.
